All orders made before 15:00 GMT are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day,
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, If payment is received before 3pm your order will be dispatched the same day.

We offer full online order tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be emailed with your Royal Mail tracking number which allows you to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website. You can also log into your Research Chemicals account to access full order tracking information.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guarantees delivery of your urgent
or valuable item before 1.00pm the next working day. If you would like a
guaranteed next day service, choose this option.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed offers peace of mind when sending
1st class mail. It offers proof of postage and an electronic signature is
available online.
Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 1st Class post is normally delivered next day. This service is
not guaranteed so we would not recommend this service, if you require your
order the next day. Please note we also can not cover any lost orders that are sent with this service.

Returns
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please return unopened it within 7 days.
The company accept no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system. The exception to this is when an order is made by a tracked method such as Recorded delivery, Special delivery, International Signed For and Airsure - orders posted with the aforementioned services will be replaced and reposted free of charge in the event that they go missing, on confirmation by the Post Office/Royal Mail. Orders siezed by customs will not be replaced however they are sent - it is the responsibility of the customer to check that they can import the products they are purchasing, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.
